Greetings cheeseburger lovers!

A new batch of homemade sourdough burger buns has landed. Made with wheat/whole wheat. Sprinkled with poppy seeds (papavero). Repurposed bread dough from Chad Robertson's Tartine country loaf recipe. Pictures 3 and 4.

Italy was our inspiration today. Double beef quarterpounders, fresh tomatoes from the italian South, roasted pancetta, fresh cow's milk mozzarella (fior di latte) and basil pesto.
