Simple, indulgent, and high in protein! Enjoy this yogurt cake made in the air fryer! @groovyfoodiess Full recipe here and below! https://tasty.co/recipe/yogurt-cake
INGREDIENTS 4 large eggs 2 cups Greek yogurt ¼ cup cornstarch ¼ cup to ½ cup sugar, to taste (optional) Whipped cream or fresh fruit (optional)
PREPARATION
1. Preheat your air-fryer to 320°F (160°C). Line a baking pan that fits in your air-fryer basket (mine was 6 x 3 inches) with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, and cornstarch until smooth. If you want to add a sweetener, feel free to add it here.
3. Pour the mixture through a sieve into the lined pan. Gently tap the bottom of the pan on the countertop to tap out any large air bubbles.
4. Place the pan in the air-fryer. Cook for 25–30 minutes, until the top has set and the interior is slightly soft.
5. Remove the cake from the air-fryer, and let cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
6. Enjoy with whipped cream, fresh fruit, or all on its own!

Looks delicious!!!!🥰🥰🥰
Gross
I made it and I wouldn't recommend it, it came out like a hockey puck. I'm not looking for a fluffy japanese cheesecake or a creamy western style one, but making it according to the recipe on the website following the instructions and measurements to the letter it came out tough and dry.
Deliciousness
