I used to tell my guys and girls to go talk to the fruits and veggies when the rails were coming off.
And what I meant by that was go to the walk in and shout, cry, bitch, do whatever you gotta do to correct yourself then come out.
We even put up a joke sign that said counseling in session do not disturb.
