For context: this was in a multi-concept restaurant complex. This lasagna was for an offsite catering event. I set it in the oven, and left one of my cooks in charge of tending to it (in for 45 with foil over, and 15 minutes uncovered to brown) while I was taking care of another concept. He took it out after the 45 and removed the foil, and put it back in and forgot it. When I came back 2 hours later this is what I found 😂
