   Brought as corkage to a restaurant.

   This was incredible.

   Straw color, pronounced nose. i’d say dry for sure but definitely can sense some deliberate and welcome RS.

   Nose: beach ball/petrol, apricot, grapefruit, saline, blossom, orange

   Palate: slight effervescence, saline, petrol, apricot, grapefruit, orange, blossom

   Perfect balance, great complexity and acidity. Light bodied. Long finish.

   Love this producer and wine!

   The ‘mineral’ riesling is also delicious and a great value!

   I have this exact bottle. In your opinion is it worth opening now or cellaring for a few more years
