    3lbs Chicken legs thighs (boneless skinless)

    Marinade/Sauce:
    10 tbsp Honey
    3/4 cup Soy sauce
    1 cup Green onion (chopped)
    1 tbsp Sesame oil
    3 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
    2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
    2 tbsp Ginger (minced)
    1 tsp Chili flakes (optional)

    Slurry:
    1 tbsp Cornstarch
    1 tbsp Water

    – Marinate chicken for 30min
    – Bake at 400F for 30min (flip halfway)
