Maiden cook on my, new to me, Weber Kettle. What better to do than burgers, which, in my mind, is one of the things the kettle was made for. Finished off the burger with tomato, smoked cheddar and maple bacon.

Very nice. If you’re new to the world of Weber grilling I’ve got a comprehensive guide for newbies on my site if you’d like to check it out (The Kettle Guy)

Welcome, friend! For burgers, steaks, hotdogs, etc. you have the Cadillac of grills (as far as I’m concerned). However, if you’re interested in upping your game, go on over to YouTube and search something like “Chuds BBQ kettle series”. He’ll teach you to smoke a pork butt, brisket, ribs, etc. I wish he had been around as a resource when I starting out, although it is kind of fun to experiment and learn as you go.
