• Salt an cumin to taste
• 1 ice cube (helps make the hummus extra creamy)
• Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika (for garnish)

🍽 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Chickpeas
• Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water.
• Place them in a bowl with fresh cold water and rub them gently to remove the skins.
• Discard the skins and drain the chickpeas again.
2️⃣ Blend the Ingredients
• In a food processor, add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt.
• Blend until the mixture starts to combine.
3️⃣ Enhance & Adjust
• Add one ice cube and blend again. This helps create an ultra-smooth and creamy hummus.
• You can add more salt, lemon juice, or garlic to taste.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
• Transfer the hummus to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle paprika on top.
