It's kind of like the whole "salty sweet" thing. Started doing this a few years ago.

    Without a doubt. We had stir fry last night and I added scotch bonnet sauce to the teriyaki. Actually, now that I think about it, I add hot sauce to every sauce… strange.

  3. Pretty much always with BBQ sauce. Unless I have Night of the Living BBQ on hand
