On sale at my local grocery store. Obviously, I could make some Philly Cheese Steaks. The Asian writing made me think Broccoli n Beef like Panda Express. But why is it rolled? Is this specific to a certain dish?

It’s perfect for Hot pot, pho, or ramen. They slice when it’s still partially frozen and it rolls on itself. It being so thin it cooks really quick so you can throw it on a Korean bbq or in hot broth and it’ll cook fully in no time. Not sure what the price was but can also use for cheesesteaks in an extreme pinch. It’ll be too thin for beef & broccoli plus the velveting process would just turn it to mush.

  2. Roll a blunt with it!

Gyudon would be good… Philly cheese… hot pot?

R/dontstickyourdickinit but basically the opposite or maybe a French dip.

It’s cut while frozen to ensure thinness. So it curls when sliced

  5. This is meant for hot pot (shabu shabu). The beef is sliced super thin so you basically move it in the boiling broth for about 5-10 seconds and it’s ready.

Marinate it. Fry it HOT and fast. Give it a quick rough chop once it’s cooked. Throw it on a bun with some pickled veg, fresh cilantro, garlic mayo. Simple play on a banh mi

Hotpot, pho or bulgogi. May be a little too thinly sliced for beef and broccoli.

Would work really well for cheese steaks too.

gyudon – slice and sautee some onions and toss the beef rolls in. the sauce is just a mix of mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. top off with chopped green onions and serve over rice
