Sticky Harissa Tempeh with Giant Cous Cous

    **Cous cous**

    * Giant cous cous
    * coconut cream
    * cavolo nero
    * lemon
    * parsley
    * dill

    **Tempeh**

    * Harissa
    * brown sugar
    * olive oil
    * tempeh

    ###Instructions

    1. Sauté shallots & garlic, then cook the cous cous in stock + coconut cream.

    1. Pan-fry tempeh till golden, glaze with harissa + brown sugar.

    1. Stir lemon & herbs into cous cous, then plate up with that sticky tempeh on top.

    1. Drizzle over extra harissa juices & dig in!
