Did you put oil on this? I don’t see 325 calories – maybe 225?

This is too random for me personally. And I love lots of little things each meal. But this is all across the board.

Any protein?

Is cauliflower steamed? It looks fresh

This is a normies idea of a diet. Super sad looking. I can’t imagine you eat this and feel happy.

It’s okay to eat an actual meal…this does not look filling.

Sorry but this is awful 😂 have some protein pasta, some extra protein on the side like chicken or shrimp, a veggie and a fruit and you’ll be way fuller

Rather not eat.

None of it is satiating so if you’re finding that this doesn’t do much to curb your hunger than try adding protein. Even a greek yoghurt dip would help here. Also, if your calorie estimate is correct these olives must be really high in calories…

Omg YUM. I love snack plates.

Remove greasy carrots(?) and half the olives, then add a chicken breast.

Wow, I triggered y’all lol. I personally love a snack plate for dinner and love raw fruit and veggies. Just cause it’s how I like to eat on days where I don’t feel like cooking doesn’t mean it’s a bad way to eat especially considering my entire day of meals in contrast.
For breakfast I had 2 beef sticks, an apple, and a coffee w/ sugar and oat milk.
For lunch I had a protein bar, and a Lindt truffle.
For dinner I had this snack plate with radishes, cauliflower, carrots, orange, feta cheese, and 18g Italian dressing.
Evening snack was smoked trout, chickpea hummus, and more carrots.

Now this is my type of plate. Those olives and feta mixed with radish sounds so fire
I would be hungry 45 minutes later
I have lunches like this all the time because I’m obsessed with raw veggies, don’t let the haters get ya down.
Where is the protein?
How do you guys eat raw cauliflower? I need to cook cruciferous veg or my body will hate me 💨
