Based the dough on Chicago Fire's recipe, but with lots of extra butter and some Italian herbs. Thick layer of mozzarella, hickory smoked bacon, ricotta cheese, crushed tomatoes with garlic and basil, topped with parmesan cheese and pepperonis.

Well super yummy looking….now cut it open and show us the goods!!
Looks good, personally, I enjoy it a little softer. Cook it in the oven, but have it on broil to scorch the top. So you still get that crisp, but not overcooked.
