I could see this being an appetizer at some fancy Asian/Asian fusion restaurant, looks fantastic!
You could switch up the flavors a bit just by changing the toppings, too. A karaage nugget instead of tempeh with Japanese mayo and shichimi togarashi…or heck, maybe a spin on Oyakodon!
