    My absolute favorite thing to sous vide. Slice it thin toast a bun and melt some cheese. Delicious steak sandwich.

  2. I love Tritip and make it weekly. I do change it up for variety but this is my favorite way to make it and it really shines especially if it’s not a prime cut or untrimmed.
