“Boyfriend is home” sandwich

Last week “boyfriend is away” sandwich went crazy here. This week he’s back! He picked up some fresh spicy sausage from our local butcher.
Then he picked up two braided sesame rolls from the bakery. He likes his plain so just cheese. I like toppings and sautéed some onions on the stove top and added mayo.
