Ingredients:
4 large red bell peppers (roasted and peeled)
1 cup walnuts (toasted)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably fine)
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup tahini
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 small onions (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Serving Suggestions:-While pita and crackers are great, you can also serve this dip with fresh veggie sticks (like cucumber, carrot, or celery) for a lighter, healthy option. It’s also perfect as a topping for roasted vegetables or grilled meats!
