I love the crunchiness of chips and I adore dips, but of course they’re so high calorie and leave me feeling awful so I try to avoid them. Then i got this idea a few days ago and it absolutely slapped so now I’m thoroughly obsessed. This may be common knowledge but it’s new to me and I haven’t seen it before so I thought I’d share! You can put whatever seasoning in your dip of course, but what I did is down below ☺️
RECIPIE:
Put a bagel thin in the oven at 375 until the bagel is nice and crispy. Often one half is thicker than the other so you may need to leave one half in a little bit longer.
To 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dried parsley flakes.
When the bagel is finished toasting, cut it into chip sized pieces and dip in cottage cheese mixture.
