Having now tried most of the menu, I put the beef rib and brisket on the top with the tri tip next. The pork belly was good but still was missing something for me. Sides were excellent. The broccolini was very garlicky and I love it! I put a couple slices of tri tip in the roll and it was delicious. The roll itself is toasted with tallow and garlic on top. Mac and cheese was creamy and rich. Potato salad was good as well.
