    I don’t see any problem. You cooked it medium. You have a very good sear. You waited long enough for it to rest. You shared it.
    If whomever you shared it with didn’t like it, that is their problem.

    The biggest problem with this sub is that two photos could look identical and taste completely different. It ignores the quality of the cut. I can cook a choice cut perfectly and it won’t be as good as an okay job cooking a prime steak.
