Masa-Honey Toasting Bread, Swedish Cardamom Buns, Fennel and Golden Raisin Rolls

They are all great. Favorite of the batch is definitely the fennel rolls with a slice of Gouda.

    Yass I just got this book and have been wanting to make the cardamom buns! Please tell me they are as amazing as they look? My family has enjoyed every recipe I’ve made from it so far.

    Ugh everything looks sooo good! Especially those cardamom buns! Did they have any orange zest in them? A recipe (not KA) I used for them had orange in and it really complimented the spice well.

    I made those fennel and raisin rolls too! They were really good. This weekend was the pickle rye bread, which also came out well. It’s a great book. We are eating a lot of bread these days.
