    I try to focus on getting fruits, veggies, and fiber in at breakfast.

    Macros:
    26 g protein
    17 g fat
    72 g carbs
    12 g fiber

    Dishes:

    Zucchini cheddar fritters w/ Greek yogurt

    Tomato w/ basil, balsamic, salt and pepper

    Tomato with guacamole salsa

    Pink lady apple, PB fit, and multi-grain crackers
