I love this simple dressing. Having it on hand helps complete a healthy meal into a healthy, TASTY meal. (If you want to see an example, there will be a video coming up on that!)
Recipe:
2 parts olive oil
1 part balsamic vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
…and this is customizable! Add more herbs, fresh garlic, hint of honey…sub lemon juice instead of the vinegar…endless options!
Drizzle over your green salads, quinoa, pasta, roasted veggies. It’s extremely valuable and wonderful to not rely on a store-bought dressing that is often full of suboptimal oils, bad sweeteners or other chemical stabilizers, etc. Eat clean and enjoy!
