Yes. This is all carbs. Unless you’re a gym rat, you will get fat doing this

Depends how much you enjoy bowel movements, I guess.

Under 25? Debatable. Over 25. Hello diabetes.

Depends on whether or not you’re a family of four

Just calculate the macros on that feast and then think about your plight.

Are you fasting? Is this your iftar meal? Some of the food items look similar to a south asian iftar

This is a lot for a majority of people, I think it’s a nap worthy amount but nothing says you can’t save some for later, or toss it, it’s up to you! Eating like this all the time can have a more negative effect on your body but even if you did this once a week, you’ll live.

Forget about the amound. I think your meal needs more veggis or fruit and more protein.

You’re stomach is going to be a volcano after all of that.

Did you just buy a new plunger and decided to take that baby out for a spin

You have a serious relationship problem with food if you think for one second that’s not too much.

    Depends if you’re active/working out/exercising.

I used to have a super physical job and would only eat once a day with servings this big and never gained any weight.

I used to do a 5 mile run in the AM and then hit the gym for weight lifting for 2 hours in the PM. I pretty much only ate one big meal as recovery and never gained any weight.

However my stomach size stayed big and after a switched jobs to something less physical, and tampered down on my exercise routine, while still eating one big ass meal this size.. and I did in fact gain weight lol.

To a doctor? Yes, yes you are.

To me? I don’t really give a fuck. Eat as much as you want lol

The volume of food would be less alarming if it were a different mix of foods, is my feeling. Like that’s a plate full of brown food, not a fruit or vegetable in sight

For Ramadan no, daily multiple meals, yeah bro.

I now realise this is because of Ramadan. Overeating during iftar is a huge issue.
