Ingredients:
500g (2 cups) full-fat yogurt (strained overnight)
1 cucumber (grated and squeezed dry)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp dried dill (or ¼ cup fresh, optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Strain the yogurt overnight for a thick texture.
2️⃣ Grate the cucumber, salt it, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Then, squeeze out all the excess water.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix the strained yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and dill.
4️⃣ Season with salt & pepper—adjust to taste, as salt really makes the flavors pop.
5️⃣ Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight) for the best flavor.

Enjoy with gyros, grilled meats, or fresh pita!
