The only thing I would recommend is to roll your dough thinner next time, now that you see how much they proof. You’ll get a lot more coils and a better filling to dough ratio!

Instead of their icing suggestion, I used a less sweet, cream cheese frosting recipe:
4 oz soft cream cheese
Pinch of salt
1 cup powder sugar
2 tbs milk
4 tbs butter
Did the best I could to follow the rest of the recipe as suggested, so no other notes!
