Harrisa Honey Chicken
Serves 4

Ingredients
3 tbsp mild Harissa paste
3 tbsp honey
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ lemon juiced
1 orange juiced
¼ cup low fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp parsley
8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed

Directions
-Preheat oven to 375F
-To a medium sized bowl, add Harissa, honey, olive oil, salt, lemon juice, orange juice, parsley and Greek yogurt to a bowl. Whisk until combine.
-Add the chicken to the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for at least 1 hour and up to 10 hours.
-Add the chicken to a baking dish, Bake on the middle rack of your oven for 20 minute and on the top rack for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken has an internal temperature of 165F.
-Serve warm with rice or roasted veggies or both!
