What’s up everyone, I hope you’re great! Today we made our own Thick N Rich Chili!! Filling and healthier than ordering out, delicious and sure to please! Overall affordable, very flavorful, and making it YOU’RE in control of what’s going into it 😃 Try it at home ladies, fellas, everyone and let me know what you think.
** Total cost around $18.50. Makes 10 full servings. Less than $2 per serving!
Ingredients:
2.5 pounds ground beef (85/15)
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
8 ounces salsa (I used medium)
2.5 tomato sauce
2 packets Chili seasoning
1 medium-large bell pepper diced
1 large jalapeño diced
1/2-1 small onion diced
1-2 teaspoons jar garlic
Seasoning:
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

One pot meals are da best!
We made chili a couple months ago, and it was awesome. On day 2, we didn’t have quite enough leftovers for everyone to have a bowl, so we baked some potatoes and had loaded chili cheese potatoes, and voila—all the chili was eaten, which made me (the budget manager) and our bank account very happy! 🤑
