We were closing one night and everyone was doing close out. We left one guy on the pizza oven. He got a ticket while one was in the oven. Not a big deal he’s been there around a year he should be able to handle two tickets. I was cleaning up and one guy was outside taking a smoke. Guy gets flustered that a ticket comes in 10 minutes before close. I look up as he’s pulling a completely burnt pizza out of the oven. He is irate. He doesn’t throw the pizza away, he purposely sits it on the ground and walks out. Doesn’t say bye, just takes off his apron and walks out. Didn’t see him for 2 weeks and he just comes back one night like nothing ever happened. Fun dude and a good guy but had insane anger problems.
