Garlic Parmesan Green Beans
Ingredients:
* 1 pound (450 g) fresh green beans, washed and trimmed (stringless, if possible)
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 6 large garlic cloves, minced
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
* 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
* 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix green beans with butter, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
3. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet. Roast for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they’re crisp-tender.
4. Transfer the green beans to a serving dish, or place in crockpot on warm.

  2. Oh wow!! This looks amazing !! I never make green bean casserole anyway. This looks better to me and with minimal effort. I absolutely love these type of recipes!! Minimal effort but maximum potential!! You did it again Leslie!!! You always do things so truly relatable to every day life.

  5. A creative recipe! I think if I make it, I might want to use olive oil instead of butter, and maybe add some mushrooms.
