Recipe:

Topping:
Pineapple slices in juice
3-4 fresh strawberries
4 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 C brown sugar

Cake:
1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda OR 1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 C whole milk
1/4 C pineapple juice
1/4 C sour cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick unsalted butter
3/4 C sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 C strawberry puree and/or 6 diced strawberries
1/2 C crushed pineapple

Bake 350 degrees for 30 min. Then cover with parchment and foil, bake another 15 minutes.
