
I halved all of these ingredients:
▢ 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
▢ 1/2 cup coconut flour
▢ 2 teaspoon baking powder
▢ 1/4 teaspoon salt
▢ 3/4 cup butter
▢ 1 cup Stevia/monk fruit/ erythritol
▢ 4 large eggs
▢ 1/2 cup almond milk (I used all purpose cooking cream)
▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes (or until skewer comes out clean)
Around 5g carbs per serving

Looks very real birthday cake consistency. Will give it a go. Surprised it has as high as 5 carbs per slice given the slice size and ingredients.
