Easy Homemade Chili Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. fresh Thai chili pepper
8 grams Maggi Magic Sarap
2 heads garlic
2 cups canola oil
1 star anise
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

  3. Maraming salamat sa recipe na ito. For sure susubukan ko ito. I want to ask about the shelf life? Do you need to store this in the refrigerator? Gaano katagal bago masira? Kung sa table top naman, or sa cabinet, gaano katagal bago masira?
