Easy Homemade Chili Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. fresh Thai chili pepper
8 grams Maggi Magic Sarap
2 heads garlic
2 cups canola oil
1 star anise
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
