Ingredients
1 tea glass of milk (125 ml)
1 tea glass of oil (125 ml)
1 glass of warm water (200 ml)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of yogurt (65 g)
2.5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (20 g)
100 g of butter
1 pinch of salt
8 cups of flour for baklava (885 g)
To roll out the dough
200 g of corn or wheat starch
To grease the dough
150 g of butter
1 tea glass of oil

For the syrup
3 cups of sugar
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Dough Preparation: In a deep bowl, mix the milk, oil, warm water, egg, yogurt, vinegar and melted butter. Then add salt and flour and continue mixing. You should get a medium soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
Knead the dough on the counter for about 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces. Coat the pieces in starch and roll them out to the size of a dessert plate.
Place the dough you have rolled out on top of each other on the tray as in the video. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour in a way that does not allow air to get in.
Open the dough on the counter where you have sprinkled plenty of starch, as in the video. Divide the dough you have rolled out into 6 equal pieces. Put plenty of walnuts in the middle of each piece and shape it as in the video.
Grease: Mix the melted butter and oil in a bowl. Place the baklava you have prepared on the baking tray and pour the oil mixture you have prepared on it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
Sherbet Preparation: Put the sugar and water in a saucepan, melt the sugar by stirring over medium heat. After it starts to boil, boil for another 6 minutes. Add the lemon juice and boil for another 3 minutes and remove from the stove.
Pour the hot syrup over the hot baklava that comes out of the oven.
Let the baklava sit overnight to absorb the syrup, then serve. Enjoy.
