We made lasagna as a family and shared with our neighbors
I have celiac so I used the Barilla gluten free oven ready noodles, whole milk ricotta, mozzarella, shredded parmesan, egg, herbs, ground beef, and a mix of garlic marinara and basil marinara.

Hi-diddly-ho, neighborino!

Looks tasty! I do a mix of beef and Italian sausage in mine, and I make my own sauce because it’s pretty easy and pretty cheap (it does take a long time to simmer on the stove though, so not great for a busy week night). I’ve always wanted to try lasagna sheets but I can never seem to find them in stores. I might have to try homemade ones over summer break.
