Lemon pepper chicken marinaded over night, pork loin was pre marinated from the store,steamed and tossed broccoli/cauliflower in with a scoop of rice. Rotisserie chicken shredded and tossed on top of low carb tortillas with pepperoni, greens, cheese, with a chive cream cheese base.

Pro tip for labeling: use a chalk marker on Tupperware, washes off super easy with no residue!
