Veggies 120 cal
Chicken (1 & 1/2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken – frozen)
Sriracha sauce 0 cal
How to make:
Medium heat
Spray pan with avocado oil
Add tomato paste – cook for two mins
Add spices: paprika, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Add bag of frozen mixed veggies
Add frozen cooked shredded rotisserie chicken
Add organic chicken broth, cover chicken and veggies with broth
Turn pan on high heat cook & until almost all of the liquid has evaporated
To make it extra tasty add harissa paste if you have it
Top with Sriracha sauce, if you like it spicy!
