




This loaf came out great and Iβm very happy with it. Of course I had the dog watching me cut the loaf as sheβs a breadaholic. Did the cold ferment for around 12 hours or so, baked this morning, and the scoring was just random lol. Still gotta work on my cutting skills because itβs all over the place haha.
