It wasn’t that long ago that this sub was one of the few corners of Reddit that weren’t like this. A sub where people were at least considerate and not just outright rude for the sake of being rude.
Preferences are one thing. I’m not saying that anyone or everyone should say or think that this sounds good to them. I’m not saying ‘support only’ or anything along those lines. But it is entirely possible to state your opinion, even if it is extremely negative, in a respectful manner.
