a soup, french toast, bread pudding, pastries, salads, local cuisine… you get so much assortment that is usually pretty high in quality! this hotel even had a prepped by order omelette section and the fillings were very japanese like mentaiko or shirasu!

And they often gives customers these partitioned plates. Usually in buffets the dishes mix with each other. Which means you get to enjoy your ketchup omelette mixed with some chocolate syrup that spilled from your pancakes. Meanwhile the Japanese plates are all zoned up which means all your servings don’t mix up with each other.
