And so I present to you one of the sexiest duck dishes I’ve ever made, both in flavor and presentation. This is me, on a late autumn night, speaking my love language with a glass of red wine to match my dress.

Spiced Balsamic Fig into a glaze
Duck Breast, Crispy Skin, Smoked
Glazed and then charred for color
Forbidden Black Rice in Duck Broth
Beetroot and Balsamic Puree
Pickled Red Cabbage Acidic Touch
