Remove the broad beans green onions and shredded imitation crab meat. Cut the tuna and salmon into at least 1.5-2 in long, 1/3 inch thick pieces. Maybe get some shrimp, bay scallops for the variety. Then I would call it chirashi as long as rice was seasoned properly

Half the edamame half the spi tuna half the Kani double the salmon add a splash of ponzu and a dollop of spi Mayo and soy and wasabi on the side thank you very much
I like my poke bowls sweet and spicy. I like to add pineapple, jalapeños, crab salad & seaweed salad. Top with tempura flakes, chili flakes & sesame seeds. Maybe a spicy shoyu or wasabi shoyu sauce.
