Looks really nice. If it’s a good steak then it will taste great too.

Hard not to dip into that avo! Looks 9/10 to me. Add a good quality mayo and I’ll score it a 10.

Method? Hot/fast cast iron?

Ima need you to bring this to my office for quality test preferably about 2 steaks with mashed potatoes and broccoli

Not too bad actually. The one thing you really skipped on is presentation. Spoon the Avocado out of the shell before cutting and keep the pieces in place. Having only the tip of the knife run over the board helps. Then feather it out. Same thing for the steak, which looks great.

Objective 8/10. Great cook!
Don’t be hard on yourself, the cook looks great. And we’ve all started with worse too. Hope you enjoyed!
Looks great!
Yeah, definitely not a great cook. Better luck next time.
Cooking any steak that thin is difficult. You made a solid effort, though.
Sometimes ya just gotta do what ya can with what your working with my man. And you did alright.
Very few steaks I wouldn’t eat. This one looks great.
Third pic is all I needed to see. You’re being too hard on yourself. I’d destroy that.
i’m still eating it
2 whole avocados is a LOT haha.
