    You could probably make capsaicin oils out of it through extraction of the peppers takes time though

    Fyi: 400 deg is way too high for drying peppers. Next time dry at around 150-170 deg F.

    Done this too many times to count. Usually involves an unplanned nap. You can grind them and add a SMALL amount to other homemade chili powder. Gives a bit of Smokey flavor. But a little goes a long way.

    I’ve also done this too many times and I’ve never had any luck using the charred corpses for anything. Way to bitter for my liking.

    Season your food with it. They use vegetable ash to flavor cheese.
