I’d destroy this, we call it Christmas in New Mexico (except the queso, just red and green) I’ll usually order it this way now unless I know the place I’m at has fantastic red or green.
I’ve become a bigger fan of red living in NM when I used to like green better, ironically.
But queso is always appreciated lol rather have it on the side for my chips though and some oaxaca cheese in the burrito instead (or topped on my side of beans). Mmmmmm
Edit: never been offered “Christmas” in any of the other 5 states I’ve lived, one being California. The only reason I mentioned NM, just never heard it before.
