Imho…overhyped…this was the pitmaster platter. They didn't have whole hog pulled pork so it was subbed for beef cheeks. The platter was $110.

    Go after 5 and get the tri tip. The burger is really good too.

  3. Beef cheek is their specialty and is as good as it advertised.

    Their pull pork is (was?) probably the best in Texas, at least by a large margin over a dozen places I have been to.

    Their “kimchi”, however, is a gimmick.
