    Did the one hour Bri Langstrom over weekend. Yours looks Waaayyy better. I pre-cooked the pepperoni so it wouldn’t be so greasy this time. definitely made a huge difference. highly recommended it.

    Nicely done. I’ve had success with many of his recipes. The sheet pan recipe was a winner too. Needs to be done in a dark sheet pan though.

  4. This is one of my favorite recipes – a standard in our household and it typically turns out great. Beer to achieve a yeasty flavor, focaccia style crust, sweeter thicker sauce, it checks a lot of boxes when you’re in a particular mood! Looks great!!!
