These rich baked rolls are easy to prepare. They are leavened with yeast, filled with cinnamon-sugar (aka cinna-sugar). These Cinnamon buns are soft, fluffy, and delicious too. This is a best recipe ever. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

FOR DOUGH
200ml fresh milk, warm
10g yeast
5 tbsp granulated sugar
5 tbsp butter, softened OR melted
2 large eggs
1-2 tsp vanilla extract or essence
1/2 tsp salt if butter is unsalted

CINNAMON SUGAR (aka Cinna-Sugar)
1/2 cup castor or granulated sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1/2 cup or 8 tbsp icing sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup melted butter or heavy cream
