I feel like this type of salsa I see more in Mexican-American type restaurants. usually called "salsa ranchera" and served on a chile relleno. It's a definitey a tomato based salsa, sometimes has the onions and bell peppers like in the photo. I wouldn't say its the most delicious salsa but it is very nostalgic to me, was wondering if anyone knew how to make it? Something about that watery tomato type vibe takes me back lol
