    The meat looks perfect, but what kind of dish is this? Some aspargus with dry spaghetti beneath does not serve justice to that steak!

    Give it some potato purée( French style with insane amount of butter), there will also be some sort of fluid in the pan after cooking the steak. Add finely chopped charlottes, a glass of red wine and reduce it to the half. The last step is low heat and a tablespoon of butter that you whisk in.
    Garnish with a stem of rosemary.
